    • 7 tbsp. soy sauce

    • 1 red pepper (including seeds)

    • 2 garlic cloves

    • 1 lime

    • Sesame seeds

    • Bamboo skewers (approx. 4 inches long)

These Asian salmon skewers win anyone over – they’re a big hit among our dinner guests. They’re extremely easy to prepare and very appetizing! Because of the easy and quick recipe, the skewers can get any party started right away.
Within 45 minutes (this includes marinating time), you’ll be able to serve your guests a delicious snack that everyone will rave about. So what are you waiting for: dash off to your local fishmonger and fire up that BBQ!

As soon as the BBQ is heated up to the right temperature (approx. 392°F/200°C), place the salmon skewers on the direct zone and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top of them. Grill the salmon skewers for about 30 seconds on each side (do not close the lid). We don’t want the fish to fall through the grill, so remember to turn the skewers very carefully. As soon as the salmon has browned, remove the skewers from the BBQ and serve immediately.

And that’s it! Another example of an easy, but delicious barbecued dish.
